New Forest Healthy Walks
What should participants expect?
Walks are led by our trained volunteers. The terrain varies from walk to walk depending on location and walkers should be prepared for all weather and always wear appropriate footwear.
Our walks are friendly and welcoming and walkers frequently tell us how they love the social side of the walks as much as the exercise. All participants are responsible for making their own way to and from the walk.
Once registered you can access any of our free walks in the New Forest. The walks take place mostly in the forest and coastal areas.
When and where does the activity take place?
Please visit our website for more details on when and where the walks are taking place.
Who can participate?
We are open to anyone although please bear in mind the distance of the walks before taking part.

Other Useful Information
Most of our walks meet regularly at the same time and place and are accessible by public transport. However, some of the walks start and finish from car parks in the New Forest.
